Tagged already

Good God. I’ve only been blogging for a few days and I’ve already been tagged twice. Well, one was before I made a blog but still! I was tagged first by The Ruler and second by Miss Specs. I can’t find the post in which The Ruler tagged me, so I won’t be ble to post the rules and all that. I’ll do it by memory. Things that make me happy, I think it was…

Hugs!

I love people who give me big bear hugs! It makes me feel soooo good! I just love having someone’s arms around me and feel them cuddling me, it’s the best feeling in the world!

When people tell me they love me.

My friends do this a lot, usually after they’ve given me a hug and it is absoluteley ace. It makes me feel all warm inside, mmm…I react by saying, “Omigaaah! I love you too! Sooooo much!” *insert tight sqeueeze*

Long emails with links in them.

Yes, I know. I’m weird. But nobody sends me emails! I love it when people do send me long ones and if they have links in them then I’m a happy bunny. :)

Reading.

Oh, I love this. You can just escape into another world and forget what’s happening outside…Me and Nuriyah love reading, we have occasionally called book addicts, but I completely disagree. I read a book when I’m in the mood. I have often put off a book for months because I simply was not in that reading mood, y’know? You need to be in a certain state of mind to read, and it takes me forever to clear my head enough so I can concentrate on the book alone.

Warm beds.

Ahhhh, there’s nothing like a warm bed you can suggle into at night. The central heating in our house is currently broken and the beds (and my feet) are always freezing, so I can definitely appreciate a warm bed.

Being with my friends.

They are the only reason I go to school. Well, and the fact that my mum would probably beat me up if I didn’t (*sigh*). My friends are the greatest, and I luuuuuurrrvvvvvveeeee them. Being around them jus brightens my day. :)

Well, I love a lot of other things too, but my mind seems to have gone blank now…I think I shall do Miss Specs tag tomorrow, in another post. My Weird and Abnormal Cousin S is coming home anytime soon and my sisters want to scare her with their hairy masks. It shall be amusing to watch.

Loadsa loadsa love,

Falak.

If you want the password to the previous post then just send me an email. As long as you can provide me with your real name (hey, I’m nosy!) then I’ll give it to you. It’s only password protected so my famly members can’t come on it.

If you’ve already commented then Ill automatically send you an email, you don’t need to tell me your name…unless you want to of course (big hint).

Dancing whilst ironing

October 31, 2008 · 4 Comments

This afternoon at about 12 something PM I was in the isri (iron) room at MWACS’s house, ironing my black and red shalwar kameez whilst singing this stupid song that was in my head. Suddenly, Sister Number One enters the room and says, “Falak, gimme your scarf.”

“What, the black one?” I ask.

“Yeah.”

“What’s wrong with the black one you’ve got?”

“It’s too big and long.”

“So?”

“Go on, please, give it.”

“No.”

“Go on Falak, please, give it, come on!”

“Dance.”

“What?”

“I’ll sing the song (that’s in my head) and you dance.”

“No.”

“You’re not having it then.”

“Falak, go on!”

“Dance.”

“No, I’m embarrassed.”

“Well, you’re not having it then.”

“Fat cow, give it.”

“Dance, baby.”

“Arrrggghh. Fine!”

I then start singing the Indian song and she did this mangy dance whilst I was ironing. I laughed my head off and then we swapped scarves.

Joy.
